Processing is where a competitive quote becomes an unusable delivery. Ours happens before packing, not after a complaint.

How an order moves through our works
The sequence is fixed. What changes is how much of it you need.
Enquiry and specification review
We read the standard and the drawing before quoting, and we come back with questions rather than assumptions.
Availability confirmed with the mill
Stock or rolling schedule is confirmed in writing so the date in your offer is a date we can keep.
Processing and inspection
Cut, checked and recorded. Any deviation from the specification is reported before packing, not after.
Packing, documents and loading
Photo record of the packed cargo, document pack issued, and the bill of lading sent as soon as it is released.
